Tube City Writer Colette Funches, of McKeesport, recently interviewed chef Olafemi Mandley, of Duquesne, about how her upbringing shaped her love of cooking and about the impact soul food has on on our culture. Mandley will prepare a meal of fried chicken, black-eyed peas, rice and more during a Taste of Africa at the Carnegie Library of McKeesport on Friday, March 25 at 2 p.m. Seating is limited.
